• Name and e-mail address: For the purpose of contact and response.
• Project details (budget, deadline, goals): For the purpose of providing an offer and assessing the project.

The legal basis for data processing is taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6 (1) point (b)).

3. Data Processors

We use the following service providers to operate the website and for electronic mail:

• Vercel Inc. (Website hosting and analytics)
• Google LLC (Electronic mail and contact message processing - Gmail)

Some data processors may carry out data processing operations outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Data transfers take place with appropriate safeguards adopted by the European Commission. Data is transmitted securely via an encrypted (SSL) channel.

4. Analytics

The Vercel Analytics service provides aggregated statistical data on the use of the website, aimed at improving its performance and usability. This service collects anonymous data that cannot be used to personally identify users. The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to measure the performance of the website (GDPR Article 6 (1) point (f)). The data subject has the right to object to data processing based on legitimate interest.

5. Duration of Data Processing

Data provided during the request for a quote or contact will be stored for 12 months from the last contact, unless the data subject requests its deletion earlier or the data processing continues on another legal basis.

The Data Controller ensures the security of personal data with appropriate technical and organizational measures, in particular to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion, or destruction.

7. Data Subject Rights

The User has the right to request from the controller access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of personal data concerning them, and to object to such processing, as well as the right to data portability.
